National Integrity Title Agency unveils Robin 2.0: A digital leap for real estate closings

National Integrity Title Agency (NITA), a Marlton-based title insurance and settlement provider, on Monday announced the launch of Robin 2.0. This next-generation digital assistant represents a major upgrade to the agency’s closing technology, designed to bring unprecedented security and transparency to real estate transactions across the Delaware Valley and Florida.

Developed in partnership with CloseSimple, Robin 2.0 evolves NITA’s virtual assistant from a conversational AI tool into a comprehensive, secure web-based portal. The platform unifies every stage of the closing process—from the initial contract to the final signature—into a single, company-branded digital environment.

The original “Robin” was introduced as a conversational AI “superhero” capable of answering routine questions via text. Robin 2.0 moves beyond chat, providing a centralized dashboard where stakeholders can track progress in real time.

Key Features of Robin 2.0 Include:

  • The Pizza Tracker for Title™: A visual status bar that allows buyers, sellers, and agents to see exactly where their file stands—much like tracking a food delivery.

  • Centralized Document Hub: A secure portal for uploading and reviewing sensitive closing documents, eliminating the need for unsecure email attachments.

  • Real-Time Milestone Alerts: Automated text and email updates that notify all parties as key benchmarks are met.

  • Enhanced Fraud Protection: Integrated security protocols designed to safeguard wire instructions and sensitive personal data.

Despite the high-tech upgrades, NITA leadership emphasizes that the technology is meant to support, not replace, human expertise.

“We are committed to two things: a remarkable client experience and top-tier security on every file,” George Duffield, Sr., co-owner and CEO of NITA said. “Robin 2.0 supports that commitment by improving how information is shared and protected, while keeping all parties clearly informed throughout the transaction.”

Founded in 1992 and acquired in 2015 by partners Fran Turchi and George Duffield, Sr., NITA has grown into a regional powerhouse with more than 40 team members.
