Highlighting a year of significant geographic growth, the accounting and advisory firm Smolin, Lupin & Co., LLC has announced the relocation of its Spring Lake Heights office to a newly expanded, modernized facility in Red Bank.
The move, which became effective Feb. 1, serves as a strategic consolidation aimed at fostering internal collaboration and scaling the firm’s resources to meet the evolving financial needs of the Jersey Shore business community.
The Spring Lake Heights team has officially joined forces with the Red Bank office, occupying the third floor of the Waterview Corporate Centre at 331 Newman Springs Road.
This relocation comes on the heels of several major milestones for Smolin. In mid-2025, the firm celebrated a massive 20,000-square-foot expansion in Parsippany, signaling an aggressive push to modernize its workspaces across the state. The new Red Bank location follows this trend, offering increased capacity and “first-class” amenities designed to attract top financial talent and improve operational efficiencies.
The consolidation is part of a broader “March to Sustainability” and excellence led by the firm’s executive team. Paul Fried, who stepped into the role of CEO as part of a recent leadership transition, emphasized that the move is about more than just square footage.

Founded in 1947, Smolin has grown from a local tax shop into a regional powerhouse. Despite the change in address, the firm maintains that its specialized industry focus—including Construction, Real Estate, Healthcare, and Food & Beverage—remains the core of its Red Bank operations.
