Cushman & Wakefield on Friday announced that it has brokered three office leases totaling more than 49,000 square feet at 600 & 650 College Road, the recently transformed office campus known as Princeton Point.
The leasing activity highlights the continued demand for high-end, amenitized office space in the Princeton market, specifically within the prestigious Princeton Forrestal Center. The property is owned by Nuveen Real Estate, which recently completed a series of hospitality-driven renovations at the site.
The three newly signed leases include a mix of logistics, entertainment, and private firm occupiers:
- TRAC Intermodal: The logistics services provider secured 31,000 square feet on the third floor of 600 College Road.
- SiriusXM: The audio entertainment giant leased 14,500 square feet on the third floor of 650 College Road.
- USA Formulations: A private office firm took 3,700 square feet on the first floor of 650 College Road.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Todd Elfand and Kevin Carton represented Nuveen in the negotiations.
The success at Princeton Point underscores a broader market trend where corporations prioritize modern environments to enhance the employee experience. Recent upgrades at the campus include a new lobby, common collaboration areas, a game room, and active food service.
The campus also features forward-thinking ESG initiatives, such as electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and on-site honeybees.
“The recent leasing success demonstrates that properties with robust amenities, recent renovations, and a financially stable, committed landlord partner like Nuveen continue to win in this market,” Todd Elfand, executive managing director at Cushman & Wakefield, said.
Situated minutes from downtown Princeton, the Princeton Junction Train Station, and Route 1, Princeton Point offers premier regional accessibility. Following these deals, the campus still offers flexible leasing opportunities ranging from 3,000 to 60,000 square feet.
“We pride ourselves on delivering a tenant-focused, hospitality-driven office environment,” Chris Horning of Nuveen Real Estate added. “We’re pleased to see that resonate with the new tenants at Princeton Point.”
