The regional commercial real estate community is preparing for one of its most anticipated annual gatherings. The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA) has announced its 2026 Developer’s Night, scheduled for Monday, March 30, at the Marriott at Glenpointe.
The event serves as a high-level briefing and networking hub for developers, brokers, and investors navigating the complexities of the current New Jersey and Tri-State markets. Led by IOREBA President Lorenzo Lambiase of NAI James E. Hanson, the evening will focus on the shifting dynamics of capital markets, industrial development pipelines, and evolving tenant demands in a post-stabilization economy.
A Powerhouse Panel
The centerpiece of the evening is a moderated discussion featuring a trio of industry heavyweights who bring legal, financial, and operational perspectives to the table:
- Moderator: Tom Bergeron, the influential Founder and Editor-in-Chief of BINJE (Business in New Jersey), will steer the conversation.
- Steven Senior, Senior Partner at Riker Danzig LLP, providing insights into the regulatory and environmental hurdles facing new builds.
- Jack Fersko, Co-Chair of the Real Estate Department at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, offering expertise on complex leasing and industrial transactions.
- Jared Zatloukal, Managing Director at Principal Asset Management, discussing the institutional investment climate and capital flow for 2026.
Networking and Market Intelligence
Beyond the formal program, Developer’s Night is renowned for its high-density networking. The four-hour event includes a cocktail reception and buffet dinner, designed to facilitate deal-making and partnerships among the region’s top “movers and shakers.”
“This event is a pulse-check for the industry,” an IOREBA spokesperson said. “With so much movement in the industrial and office sectors right now, having these specific leaders in one room provides our members with an invaluable edge.”
