NAI James E. Hanson on Wednesday announced the hiring of Megan Hencinsky as senior marketing coordinator. Working out of the firm’s Parsippany office, Hencinsky will play a pivotal role in driving the firm’s brand identity and property promotion during a period of significant regional expansion.
Hencinsky joins the firm with more than 20 years of marketing and creative design experience, most of which was spent in the commercial real estate (CRE) sector. In her new role, she will collaborate closely with both the marketing and brokerage teams to execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns for the firm’s diverse portfolio of listed properties and services.
Hencinsky is a seasoned veteran of the industry, having previously spent 14 years at JLL. During her tenure there, she rose through the ranks from Graphic Designer to Associate Creative Director, a role in which she managed a 17-member design team across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Her background also includes extensive experience in web design and production for media and advertising agencies.

The hiring of Hencinsky follows a busy year for NAI James E. Hanson, which has added five associates to its team over the last 12 months. This internal growth mirrors the firm’s 2025 acquisitions of The Garibaldi Group and NAI Summit, moves that solidified its position as one of the most experienced commercial real estate platforms in the tri-state area.
