Larken Associates, a prominent full-service commercial and residential real estate firm, has announced the appointment of Michael Leibowitz as Leasing Manager. In his new role, Leibowitz will oversee leasing strategies and operations across the firm’s entire Larken Living residential portfolio, which encompasses approximately 3,000 units spanning 20 distinct communities.
Leibowitz will work closely with Jessica Heckman, executive vice president of Multifamily Operations, alongside the firm’s regional property managers to optimize asset performance, elevate the resident experience, and drive occupancy. His responsibilities include streamlining leasing operations across both Class A and Class B communities, enhancing CRM infrastructure, and providing targeted training and team-building support to frontline leasing staff.

Leibowitz brings a robust background in residential leasing and property management to Branchburg-based Larken Associates. Most recently, he served as Leasing Manager at Edgewood Properties, where he successfully spearheaded lease-ups for several new luxury multifamily developments in New Jersey.
His professional pedigree also includes key leasing roles with major national real estate firms, including Greystar Real Estate Partners and Equity Residential.
