WCRE | CORFAC International announced the successful commercial real estate sale of 1003 N. Evergreen Avenue in Woodbury. The property is a 4,285-square-foot fully built-out brewery facility that formerly served as the home of Eight & Sand Beer Co.
The asset was sold by M&B Real Estate Holdings, LLC to South Jersey Brewing Company, LLC. Corey Hassman, vice president at WCRE, exclusively represented the seller in the transaction.
Unlike traditional retail or office properties, marketing a fully equipped, turnkey brewery required a specialized approach. WCRE targeted its outreach specifically toward existing and emerging craft brewery operators looking to establish or expand their footprint in the South Jersey market.
The acquisition provides South Jersey Brewing Company with immediate operational advantages, allowing the new ownership to leverage existing brewing infrastructure and hit the ground running in Woodbury. Throughout the process, WCRE navigated the unique technical and logistical requirements typical of specialized food and beverage real estate to bring the deal to a successful close.
