The Connell Company unveiled the luxury amenity spaces at RT500, an 11-story, 179-unit residential tower at The Park in Berkeley Heights, as leasing momentum builds and move-ins officially get underway.
Following the arrival of the building’s first residents on Aug. 1, the newly revealed amenities blend remote-work convenience with recreation and wellness. Standout features include a dedicated co-working space connected via an internal staircase to a game room equipped with a multisport simulator, pool table, and ping pong table. Managed by Greystar, RT500 sits at the heart of The Park’s 185-acre mixed-use master redevelopment, which integrates office spaces, a 176-room Embassy Suites, a 112,000-square-foot Life Time fitness facility, and an expanding culinary and entertainment corridor along District Drive featuring dining and lifestyle concepts like Emberside Brewery, Boschetto, and BASH.
