Centri Business Consulting, LLC, a rapidly growing accounting and financial advisory firm serving mid-Atlantic corporate corridors and with a heavy presence in New Jersey, has named veteran accounting executive Matt Riviello as Partner.
A Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey with more than 30 years of audit, accounting, and capital markets experience, Riviello brings deep domain expertise in advising Life Sciences companies across the New Jersey-Pennsylvania biopharmaceutical corridor.
Riviello has built a three-decade career guiding C-suite executives, boards of directors, private equity sponsors, and emerging growth management teams through complex financial reporting, SEC compliance, governance, and capital transactions—including initial public offerings (IPOs), debt financings, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
His extensive work within the Life Sciences sector focuses heavily on technical revenue recognition, specialized financial disclosures, and SEC regulatory filings for venture-backed biotechs, clinical-stage drug developers, and multinational pharmaceutical enterprises.

Prior to joining Centri, Riviello served as an Audit Principal at BDO USA for nine years. Before his tenure at BDO, he spent more than two decades at Deloitte in Philadelphia, including 10 years as an Audit Partner.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Saint Joseph’s University, where he actively serves on the Accounting Advisory Board. In addition to being a licensed CPA in New Jersey, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and holds a formal certification in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
