Axia Women’s Health appoints Kyle Snook as chief executive officer

Axia Women’s Health appointed Kyle Snook as its new chief executive officer. Snook succeeds Dr. Gaurov Dayal, who moved into a board of directors role in January.

“Kyle is an outstanding leader who brings a proven track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and profitability for independent physician practices,” Eileen Auen, lead Board director for Axia Women’s Health said. “His deep technical experience and commitment to expanding access to care, especially for vulnerable populations, make him an excellent fit.”

Snook joins Axia from PRISM Vision Group, a leading ophthalmology administrative services organization with over 100 affiliated locations, where he served as chief operating officer. Prior to his time at PRISM, he held senior leadership roles at Strive Health and DaVita.

Snook has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from West Point and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He also served in the U.S. Army as a Combat Platoon Leader with the 101st Airborne Division and earned a Purple Heart for his service in Afghanistan.

“I’m honored to join Axia, an organization with such a strong legacy of best-in-class women’s healthcare,” Snook said. “I’m looking forward to building on this foundation and working alongside our dedicated clinical and executive leadership team to further Axia’s growth.”
