County College of Morris and Crum & Foster partner to expand College Promise Program

County College of Morris and Crum & Foster have recently formed a new partnership in support of CCM’s College Promise Program, as announced Wednesday.

The program was started back in 2020 as an initiative to help high school students in Morristown and Dover (with many of them being first-gen college attendees), as they navigate the waters of higher education.

With C&F’s contributions, scholarship funding, career exploration and community engagement opportunities are offered. C&F additionally offers first-hand experience for careers in insurance, with employee training and mentoring available.

CCM President Anthony Iacono praised the future impact of the partnership.

“The College Promise Program is a lifeline for many students and families in our community, and this partnership will allow us to expand our reach and impact – empowering generations through education,” he said. “Together, we’re changing lives and strengthening communities.”

Crum & Forster Chief HR Officer Barbra Katz further echoed this sentiment.

“Our partnership with County College of Morris reflects C&F’s commitment to investing and supporting students in their academic journeys while also introducing them to the rewarding career opportunities within the insurance industry,” she said.
