Deborah Heart and Lung Center among U.S. News Report rankings as high performing in five specialties

Deborah Heart and Lung Center has been named by U.S. News & World Report to its 2025–2026 Best Hospitals list as a High Performing in five specialties — heart arrhythmia, heart attack, heart bypass surgery, heart failure and pacemaker implantation.

This is the highest distinction a hospital can earn for U.S. News’ Best Hospitals Procedures & Conditions ratings.

“We are proud to once again be recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a High Performing Hospital in five specialties,” said Jim Andrews, President and CEO of Deborah Heart and Lung Center. “This national recognition reflects the expertise of our clinical teams and our unwavering focus on quality, safety and patient-centered care.”

U.S. News evaluated more than 4,400 hospitals across 15 adult specialties and 22 procedures and conditions; only one third of them earned an award. To determine the Best Hospitals, U.S. News analyzed each hospital’s performance based on objective measures such as risk-adjusted mortality rates, preventable complications and level of nursing care. The Best Hospitals Specialty rankings methodology and Procedures & Conditions ratings methodology measure patient outcomes using data from over 800 million records of patient care.
