National Integrity Title Agency (NITA), a full-service title insurance and settlement agency, announced it hired Lou Hoguet, an industry veteran with more than two decades of experience, as an account executive. Hoguet will be based out of NITA’s Marlton headquarters and will focus on developing partnerships with mortgage brokers, lenders, and real estate agents in the New Jersey residential market.
Hoguet, a former agency owner, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role. He began his career in the title insurance industry in 2001, working his way up to owning and operating Land Guard Title Services in Manahawkin until 2024.
A licensed real estate agent and member of the Gloucester County Board of Realtors, Hoguet said the decision to join NITA was easy.
“Over the years, I worked with NITA and saw first-hand its commitment to the customer experience,” Hoguet said. “They are cutting edge in technology, structure and processes. So, when this opportunity presented itself, I didn’t hesitate.”
George Duffield, Sr., NITA’s co-owner and CEO, praised Hoguet’s reputation, saying it “speaks volumes evident in having owned a title insurance agency for so many years.” Fran Turchi, NITA partner and COO, noted that Hoguet’s strong community ties, as a South Jersey native, align with the company’s values.
Founded in 1992, National Integrity Title Agency was acquired by Turchi and Duffield in 2015 and has since grown to a team of more than 40. The agency provides a wide range of services, including title and settlement assistance, for realtors, lenders, attorneys, and home buyers. In addition to its corporate office in Marlton, NITA has satellite offices in South Jersey, Philadelphia, and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
