Schatz, Steinberg & Klayman has secured a new office lease at 1940 Route 70 in Cherry Hill, with WCRE (Wolf Commercial Real Estate) exclusively representing the tenant in the transaction. The law firm will occupy a 2,380-square-foot office suite in the building, which is owned and managed by Needleman Management.
The tenant was represented by Brian Goren, senior advisor at WCRE. Goren noted that the firm was drawn to the building’s prime location and modern interior. Situated along the Route 70 business corridor, the property offers convenient access to major highways, including Interstate-295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
