Law firm Cole Schotz P.C. served as legal counsel to Booth Street in its $60.5 million joint venture acquisition of Briarcliff Commons, a major retail center located in Morris Plains.
The joint venture, formed with PCCP, acquired the 180,000-square-foot retail property at 1711 State Road 10 East from Urban Edge Properties. As part of the transaction, the joint venture also assumed an existing $30 million conduit loan secured by the property from LNR Partners, LLC.
The cross-practice Cole Schotz deal team was led by member Jonathan Goodelman. The team included members Brian Flank, Jullee Kim, Pam Millard, John Park, and Jill Richardson; associates Megan McCurdy and Matthew Asnis; and paralegal Gayle Colavito.
