Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has announced the appointment of Michael Schirick as the new Tri-State Market Lead for its Valuation & Advisory (V&A) business. In this capacity, Schirick will direct the firm’s valuation operations across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, collaborating closely with national leadership to steer client strategy throughout the region.
Schirick succeeds Rob Nardella, who is transitioning from the role after 17 years at the helm. Nardella will remain with the firm as Client & Strategy Advisor to Tri-State Market Leadership, ensuring seamless continuity for key client relationships during the handover.
Schirick joins Cushman & Wakefield with a robust background in commercial real estate valuation, having cultivated a dual perspective across both service-provider and institutional client environments. Most recently, he headed Morgan Stanley’s global commercial real estate valuation platform, where he managed diverse valuation teams and gained direct insight into the evolving demands of large-scale institutional investors.
