Dentistry for Children, a provider of expert pediatric dental and orthodontic care, has secured its ninth New Jersey location by finalizing a 2,411-square-foot lease at 7500 Bergenline Avenue in North Bergen.
The transaction was negotiated by NAI James E. Hanson, a leading full-service independent commercial real estate firm. Vice Presidents Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the landlord, KSPF Holdings, LLC. Ryan Edwards of Menlo Group represented Dentistry for Children in the deal.
The new office is situated within a two-story, 7,200-square-foot medical office building located at the corner of 75th Street and Bergenline Avenue, the town’s main thoroughfare. This location places the new practice within a well-established healthcare hub, offering families convenient access to specialized treatment.
This North Bergen office joins Dentistry for Children’s existing locations in Cliffside Park, Howell, Jackson, Jersey City, Lakewood, Lodi, Neptune and Toms River.
