Scarinci Hollenbeck bolsters legal bench with addition of four new attorneys

Scarinci Hollenbeck, LLC has announced a significant expansion of its legal talent, adding four attorneys across its Partner, Counseland Senior Associate ranks. The move reflects the firm’s continued investment in business law, bankruptcy, litigation, and real estate to meet the evolving demands of its clients in New Jersey and New York.

The firm welcomes John Giampolo and George McGowan, III as Partners, Graham Staton as Counsel and Amanda Kronemeyer as Senior Associate.

Based in the firm’s New York City office, Giampolo joins as a partner with over 19 years of experience in bankruptcy and restructuring. He has represented diverse parties in some of the most prominent proceedings in recent history, including Lehman Brothers, WeWork, and Party City.

“Scarinci Hollenbeck has the right combination of practice depth and entrepreneurial drive,” Giampolo said. “I’m looking forward to bringing this practice to a wider set of clients across New York and New Jersey.”

George McGowan, III joins the Red Bank office as a partner, bringing 32 years of experience at the intersection of business law and trusts and estates. He counsels privately held companies on mergers and acquisitions while advising families on generational wealth planning.

“My practice has always sat at the intersection of corporate work and generational wealth,” McGowan noted. “I look forward to helping clients protect what they have built and plan confidently for what comes next.”

The firm also strengthened its specialized practice groups with two key additions:

  • Graham Staton (Counsel, Little Falls): A seasoned litigator joining the Litigation and Public Law practices. His expertise includes OPRA defense, employment discrimination, and constitutional claims.
  • Amanda Kronemeyer (Senior Associate, New York): Joins the Real Estate and Land Use practice, focusing on zoning regulations, planning board representations, and affordable housing litigation.

The additions follow a period of steady growth for Scarinci Hollenbeck as clients navigate increasingly complex regulatory and financial landscapes.
