Scarinci Hollenbeck expands New Jersey offices with four new atorneys

Law firm Scarinci Hollenbeck, LLC announced the addition of four new attorneys to its New Jersey offices, bringing the firm’s total hiring to 20 legal professionals over the past four months.

The latest group includes Denis Murphy as a partner in Public Law, Michael Mietlicki as Counsel in the Litigation Group, alongside associates Kimberly Diaz and Serene Hozien. Murphy, Diaz, and Hozien will be based in the Little Falls office, while Mietlicki will primarily operate out of the Red Bank location.

Murphy brings nearly three decades of experience serving as general and special counsel to entities across New Jersey, offering deep expertise in public contracting, legislation, municipal governance laws, and shared services agreements.

Mietlicki focuses on complex commercial litigation, corporate governance, partnership disputes, and intellectual property claims, handling matters across both New Jersey and New York.

Both Diaz and Hozien join the firm following prestigious judicial clerkships within the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Managing Partner Donald Scarinci noted that the firm’s four waves of recruitment since May—including a major team addition led by Mark Tabakin in June—reflect a continued commitment to bringing in top-tier legal talent for clients.
