Following more than a decade of establishing its presence in the regional commercial building sector, GTL Construction of New Jersey, Inc. has officially announced its transition into a new chapter, rebranding the firm as Redridge Construction Corp.
According to corporate leadership, the change is entirely an evolution of identity. The company’s core infrastructure—including its executive leadership, project management teams, and foundational building philosophies—remains completely intact.
The transition marks an intentional corporate evolution to align the firm’s outward brand identity with the increasing scale, capability, and technical complexity of the projects it currently oversees.
“Our firm has grown in scale, in capability, and in the complexity of the work we undertake,” management stated in the transition announcement. “This evolution is intentional. It aligns our identity with the level at which we operate today and the standard we intend to uphold moving forward.”
The firm emphasized that all active contracts, operational commitments, and vendor partnerships transfer smoothly under the new name. The title “Redridge” was chosen symbolically to represent a business that is grounded, highly capable, and built for complex work requiring extreme clarity and precision.
For over ten years, the contractor has built its business model around the simple premises of accountability, certainty, and strict execution. Leadership attributes its decade-plus longevity to the strength of its regional network of subcontractors and long-term client relationships.
