Integrity House appoints health care law veteran Richard Myslinski to board

Integrity House, one of New Jersey’s largest licensed nonprofit providers of integrated substance use disorder and mental health services, recently appointed health care attorney Richard Myslinski, to its board. Myslinski will serve a three-year term.

The Newark-headquartered nonprofit relies on its board to deliver governance and strategic direction to scale its system of addiction treatment, mental health counseling, and data-driven recovery support infrastructure throughout the state.

Myslinski is a partner at McCarter & English headquartered in Newark. His legal practice centers on advising New Jersey hospitals, major health systems, and senior living providers through complex public finance transactions, institutional mergers, and strategic affiliations. Over his career, he has facilitated more than 20 health care mergers and acquisitions within New Jersey, alongside structuring large-scale bond offerings and debt re-organizations for regional medical systems.

“Richard brings an exceptional depth of healthcare, legal, and financial expertise that will be incredibly valuable to Integrity House as we continue expanding access to integrated behavioral care across New Jersey,” Nickolas Carros, chairperson of the Integrity House Board of Trustees said. “His understanding of complex healthcare systems, combined with his commitment to service and governance, makes him a valuable addition to our Board.”

Beyond his corporate practice, Myslinski holds a deep portfolio of local civic engagement. He previously served as President of the Advisory Board of Saint John’s Academy from 2024 to 2025 and maintains active professional memberships with the American Health Lawyers Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, and the New Jersey State Bar Association.

An alumnus of the state’s academic institutions, Myslinski earned his BA from Rutgers University and his JD, cum laude, from the Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served as Senior Editor of the Law Review. He has been routinely recognized for his legal contributions by peer review publications, including The Best Lawyers in America for New Jersey Public Finance Law and Chambers USA for his dual focus in Healthcare and Public Finance law.
