A 57,900-square-foot industrial building in Burlington recently sold for $8.5 million, according to a Monday announcement from Colliers.
Located at 6 Terri Lane in the Bromley Corporate Center, the building underwent a comprehensive redevelopment to convert the formerly office-configured facility back to its original industrial use. The renovation included full interior demolition and the addition of new loading infrastructure, making it well-suited for today’s industrial users.
“This transaction reflects the strong demand we continue to see for well-located, functional industrial assets in Southern New Jersey,” Colliers Vice President Ross Abramsohn, said. “The Burlington area offers a strategic location, skilled labor pool, and excellent highway access, making it an ideal destination for logistics and distribution businesses.”
Abramsohn facilitated the transaction along with Colliers Executive Vice President Ian Richman.
6 Terri Lane is centrally located and provides direct access to major highways and access to Southern New Jersey’s key transportation corridors, including I-295, the New Jersey Turnpike, and Routes 130 and 73. This prime location enables efficient connectivity to the Philadelphia metro, Port of Camden, and the greater Northeast corridor.
