Lisa Herrmann, a highly regarded communication and marketing strategist, has joined Axiom Communications as an executive vice president, the Rutherford-based firm announced.
Hermann, with a background in strategic marketing, communications and brand development, brings experience working across real estate, retail, dining and entertainment sectors.
In her new role, Herrmann will support client strategy, contribute to business development efforts, and address opportunities related to the upcoming World Cup. She also will assist in expanding Axiom’s reach into complementary sectors while continuing to reinforce its longstanding expertise in real estate, community development and the Meadowlands region.
Axiom Founder and President Ron Simoncini applauded the announcement.

Herrmann has held senior roles with Westfield and American Dream, where she was involved in marketing initiatives that combined brand storytelling with community engagement. Most recently, she worked independently through her consultancy, LLH Consulting, advising clients on integrated communications and partnership strategies.
At Axiom, she will joining a team that has long focused on delivering thoughtful, results-driven communications for developers, municipalities and businesses across the region.
Herrmann said she is eager to get started.
