The Kislak Co. announced the recent sale of a 24-unit multifamily property at 336 East Westfield Avenue in Roselle Park for $4,125,000.
Kislak marketed the property on an exclusive basis with senior vice president Andrew Scheinerman and managing director Jeff Squires handling the assignment on behalf of the seller, 336 E. Westfield, LLC. They also procured the purchaser, R.P. Westfield, LLC.
This is the third time Kislak handled the sale of the property with Squires handling each of the prior two assignments as well.
“The sellers retained us on an exclusive basis after having sold them more than 300 units in central New Jersey last year. They were thrilled with the pricing we achieved and are actively working with us on their next deal,” Scheinerman said.
Squires added, “We continue to see tremendous investor appetite for well-located garden apartment properties. Kislak continues to fortify its presence in the region and this transaction marks the third time we have sold this property.”
The property is a three-story brick apartment building with 24 units – six studios, 17 one bedroom units and a rental house with on-site parking for tenants. It includes many recent capital improvements such as a new roof, 13 renovated units with new kitchens and bathrooms, and common area upgrades.
The property is conveniently located one mile from Roselle Park train station and four less than half a mile from Roselle Park City Hall.
