Lennar, a national homebuilder, announced the grand opening of four new residential communities in New Jersey, marking a strategic expansion across the state. The new developments, which will open in the Fall of 2025, are designed to meet the growing housing demand with thoughtfully designed homes in desirable locations.
The four new communities are:
- Preston Pointe in Robbinsville: Offering two-story townhomes in a prime Mercer County location, this community provides a blend of suburban living with easy access to the Robbinsville Town Center.
- Reserve at Turgyan Farm in Bordentown: This community will feature luxury single-family homes in a town known for its charm and convenient access to both urban centers and the Jersey Shore.
- West End in Hammonton: Designed for first-time buyers, these three-story townhomes are located within walking distance of downtown Hammonton and are less than a mile from a New Jersey Transit and Amtrak station.
- Carnegie Crossing in South Brunswick: This community will offer modern townhomes in one of New Jersey’s top-ranked school districts, with amenities including a community garden and sports courts.
“With New Jersey’s housing demand continuing to grow, Lennar remains focused on delivering thoughtfully designed homes in locations that offer both lifestyle and convenience,” Dana Romano, Lennar New Jersey division manager said. Romano added that the communities reflect what today’s homebuyers value most: accessibility, quality, sustainability, and a connection to thriving local neighborhoods.
All four communities will feature Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included® program, where modern features and finishes are incorporated into the homes at no additional cost.
“Our mission is to create more than just homes – we’re building communities where families can thrive,” Romano stated, underscoring the company’s long-term vision for the state.
