Roseland-based Milestone Scientific on Friday said that effective immediately, Eric Hines will serve as the firm’s chief executive officer where he will be tasked with expanding the company’s presence in the medical and dental markets and guide it as it pursues new clinical indications and global opportunities.
Hines brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in scaling sales-driven enterprise software companies, serving customers across a range of industries, including health care.
Most recently, he served as president of North America at Ex Libris, a division of Clarivate, where he led operations across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America and increased annual revenue from approximately $50 million to over $100 million.
Earlier in his career, Hines held executive positions at NICE Systems, where he led an over $90 million North American security business, and previously served in the Customer Experience Management (CEM) division, where he oversaw both the central and west regions, as well as channel sales and customer experience management. Across his career, Hines has consistently built high-performance teams, delivered top-line growth, and led commercial expansions into new geographies and industry verticals.
