ADP, Campbell’s, Unilever, Verisk and Virtua health are just several of the companies that achieved a five-star rating on Newsweek’s Greatest Workplaces 2025 which was released on Wednesday. The companies on the list were identified by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group through a comprehensive assessment involving employee interviews, company reviews, publicly accessible data and an analysis of over 120 key performance indicators.
This is Newsweek’s third-annual ranking recognizing the companies where employee engagement comes naturally.
Newsweek says the companies highlighted here demonstrate how prioritizing workplace satisfaction can prove advantageous both for their employees and themselves.
Campbell’s, which recently completed a $50 million investment in its Camden headquarters, said it is enhancing its campus to provide more ways for employees to connect and collaborate.

Campbell’s has long been recognized as a top workplace and destination for leadership development. Earlier this year, the company was recognized as one of TIME’s Best Companies for Future Leaders and one of Newsweek’s Greatest Workplaces for Gen Z.
