New Jersey-based fragrance distributor French Perfumes International Inc. (FPI) has expanded its state footprint with the $18.1 million purchase of a 63,417-square-foot industrial facility located at 930 New Durham Road in Edison.
The acquisition marks a major strategic investment designed to scale FPI’s long-term distribution infrastructure and accommodate sustained growth across its wholesale, e-commerce, and international market channels.
Situated on New Durham Road, the facility features approximately 58,000 square feet of warehouse space alongside 5,400 square feet of administrative offices. The expanded footprint will consolidate and enhance FPI’s warehousing capabilities, supply chain operations, and corporate functions.
As an established distributor partnering with global fragrance manufacturers, French Perfumes International helps brands build and expand their market presence across the United States.

The purchase reinforces FPI’s long-term commitment to New Jersey as a primary hub for its domestic and global logistics network. Positioned within Middlesex County’s industrial corridor, the Edison facility provides immediate access to major shipping routes, regional ports, and dense consumer markets.
