A 4,816-square-foot space within a newly renovated office building in Somerset has been leased by Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. The arrangement was brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Corporate Sales Representative Joshua Glussky.
Located at 399 Campus Drive – the former Liberty Mutual headquarters – the four-story structure is only a few miles from Route 78 and Route 206. Along with an entirely new HVAC system, the asset also features upgraded common areas.
“This building is so centrally located, it’s quickly accessible from anywhere in the region,” Glussky says. “That’s ideal for an organization like Devereux. And the natural light that floods into common spaces creates a tremendously welcoming environment.”
Founded in 1912, Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is among the largest nonprofit organizations in the behavioral healthcare field. It has more than 6,000 employees working in programs across the U.S.
