Hackensack Meridian Health is not only looking to add nearly 3,000 employees to its already all-pro team, it is aiming to do it with much fanfare.
They’re calling it Draft Day 2025 — and they are hosting it at MetLife Stadium.
This Saturday, HMH will offer an opportunity for potential employees to meet with recruiters and hiring managers from the organization’s network of 18 hospitals and 500 patient care locations across New Jersey.
At this event, job seekers will get to:
- Explore a wide range of roles from nursing and clinical care to housekeeping, food services and much more;
- Meet directly with our hiring managers and team leaders across the company;
- Learn about our innovative programs and commitment to community health;
- Discover how they can make a meaningful impact as part of the HMH family every day.
HMH Chief People Officer Linda McHugh said one of HMH’s most important core values is to provide a superior human experience. That applies to team members, too, she said.
