Fort Lee-based Arnold P. Gold Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to humanism in health care–defined as clinically excellent care that is kind, safe andtrustworthy– on Monday said Trista Walker has been elected to the position ofBoard Chair.
Walker, the first woman to be elected Chair of the Gold Foundation, succeedsRichard Sheerr,who served as chairof theBoard of Trustees for the pastnineyears.

Walkerhas served as atrusteeof the Gold Foundation since2024andas a board member of Jefferson Healthsince 2017,where she chairedthe Clinical Quality Committeefor seven years and served on the Executive, Human Capital, Compensation, and Innovationcommitteesduring her tenure.
Walker is alsoPresident and CEOofBaldwin & Obenauf, Inc. (BNO), a full–service creative agency based in Somerville that has been woman owned and led since the agency’s founding in 1981.She has more than20 years of experience in customer experience, design thinking, digital innovation and omnichannelmarketing strategy,spanninglife sciences, health care, financial services, consumer, government and media, including a prior stintserving as senior vice president of Client Services at Compass Healthcare Marketers.
Walker brings significant experience in health care marketing and boardleadershipto her new role as chair of the Gold Foundation.
