With over two decades of experience, Lewis brings a deep specialization in defending employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators against workers’ compensation claims.
A veteran litigator, Lewis has dedicated his entire 20-year career to workers’ compensation defense in New Jersey. His expertise spans the full spectrum of the litigation process, representing a diverse roster of local and national employers across various industries.

Regional Private Practice: Most recently served as partner, managing workers’ compensation defense for insurance interests across the Eastern United States.

In-House Counsel: Spent seven years as staff counsel for a major national insurance company, providing focused statewide representation for New Jersey employers.

Defense Litigation: Early career experience as an associate at a large regional firm, honing his skills in high-stakes workers’ compensation matters.

Lewis earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, followed by his Juris Doctor from the Widener University School of Law. He is a licensed practitioner in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
A lifelong resident of the Garden State, Lewis resides in Mullica Hill with his wife and daughter.
