Tanenbaum Keale LLP has announced a significant expansion of its legal team with the addition of three new associates: Gregory Hoffman, Joshua Randall and Jonathan Geider. All three attorneys will be based in the firm’s Newark office, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in high-stakes litigation and client advocacy.
The move marks a period of continued strategic growth for the firm as it enhances its expertise across several key practice areas, including commercial litigation, product liability, and labor law.
The new arrivals bring a diverse range of experience from both private practice and the judicial system:
- Gregory Hoffman: Joins the firm with a robust background in civil litigation, insurance defense, and real estate. A graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, Hoffman previously served as a public defender and a pro bono attorney focusing on housing crisis matters.
- Joshua Randall: Focuses his practice on general litigation and products liability. Before joining Tanenbaum Keale, Randall clerked for the Hon. Peter G. Geiger in the Superior Court of New Jersey. He earned his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law.
- Jonathan Geider: Specializes in labor law and premises liability, with an emphasis on early case investigation and individualized strategy. Geider’s previous experience includes practicing at several New York firms and serving as a judicial law clerk for the state of New Jersey.
The addition of these three attorneys is expected to provide Tanenbaum Keale’s clients with deeper resources and more nuanced counsel in complex legal matters. Managing Partner Philip F. McGovern, Jr. expressed confidence in the new hires’ ability to maintain the firm’s standards.
