Community Options, a Princeton-based nonprofit organization supporting people with disabilities, on Tuesday announced the promotion of Paul Groch to Vice President of Information Technology.
In his new role, Groch will lead the organization’s Information Technology department, which powers operations for more than 7,000 employees nationwide.
Groch previously served as Director of Data Analytics, where he was responsible for advancing enterprise data systems and strengthening technology strategy across the organization. He brings more than 15 years of experience leading IT strategy, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation in complex, multi-state environments.
“Paul has been instrumental in modernizing our technology and positioning Community Options for the future,” Robert Stack, president and CEO of Community Options said. “His leadership, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of our mission make him the right person to drive innovation across our organization.”
The promotion comes at a pivotal time as the organization continues to scale its operations across 12 states. Groch’s focus will remain on utilizing emerging technologies to improve the quality of life for the individuals supported by the nonprofit.
