Cushman & Wakefield brokers sale of boutique office building in Denville

Cushman & Wakefield on Thursday announced the successful arrangement of the sale of 165 E Main Street, a 15,879-square-foot boutique office building located in Denville. The property was acquired by an owner-occupier.

A Cushman & Wakefield team, comprising Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, André Balthazard and Dan Bottiglieri, represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was represented by Toni Kaufmann of Realty Executives.

“The high level of interest we received in this asset is a testament to the continued demand for high-quality assets in transit-oriented suburban downtowns like Denville,” Balthazard said.

The two-story building is strategically situated near the heart of downtown Denville, offering high visibility and convenient access to a pedestrian-friendly, amenity-rich area. The property’s appeal is significantly enhanced by its location near the Denville Train Station, which provides direct rail service to Manhattan, as well as its proximity to major transportation arteries, including Route 46 and Interstate 80.

“This property presented a unique opportunity to acquire a prominent boutique office asset near the Denville Train Station and Downtown Denville,” Balthazard added.
