New Jersey real estate brokerage, The Goldstein Group, on Monday announced the official opening of a new Electronics Expo store located at 197 Route 17 in Paramus.
The move marks a significant expansion for the electronics retailer into one of the most competitive and high-traffic retail corridors in the United States.
The new facility occupies a freestanding 3,650-square-foot building situated on nearly an acre of land. The site was acquired by the owners of Electronics Expo last year and has since undergone a comprehensive renovation to modernize the space for high-end home theater and audio displays.
The transaction was a collaborative effort involving several prominent North Jersey real estate professionals:
- Neil Goldstein, Principal of The Goldstein Group
- John Ostrowski, Vice President of The Goldstein Group
- Greg Panayoti of NIA National Realty
“We are thrilled to announce that Electronics Expo is open for business,” Neil Goldstein said. “We had been searching the market for some time and this free-standing building offered them exactly what they wanted. After renovating the building, they are ready for business.”
Electronics Expo is a well-known authorized retailer specializing in home theater systems, premium audio, and custom installations. The new Paramus location joins their existing presence in Wayne strengthening their footprint in the Northern New Jersey market.
To celebrate the debut, the retailer is hosting a Grand Opening Giveaway scheduled for Saturday, June 27. Prizes include a Sony BRAVIA 5 98-inch Mini LED TV valued at $5,000, along with Denon receivers and speaker systems.
