The Kislak Company announced on Monday that it has been appointed the exclusive sales broker for Tudor Court Apartments, a 50-unit multifamily property located in the prestigious Eastside Park neighborhood of Paterson.
The assignment is being led by Senior Vice President Joseph Keenan, who is overseeing the marketing of the 57,000-square-foot elevator building on behalf of the ownership.
The listing marks the first time Tudor Court has been available on the market in over 20 years. Investors are presented with a “generational asset” known for its architectural character and long-term occupancy stability.
The property features a diverse mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Notably, the apartments are significantly larger than the market average, with a mean unit size of approximately 1,143 square feet. Over half of the building (56%) is comprised of two- and three-bedroom layouts, with the three-bedroom units offering 1.5 to 2 bathrooms.
“Tudor Court is a great opportunity for an investor to acquire a well-kept building with large apartments in one of Paterson’s best locations,” Joseph Keenan said. “Its close proximity to New York City and public transportation, combined with spacious units and strong curb appeal, makes Tudor Court an attractive long-term investment.”
Situated in the historic Eastside Park section of Passaic County, Tudor Court benefits from its position within a high-demand rental market. The property offers excellent regional connectivity for commuters:
- Local Access: Less than one mile from McLean Boulevard (Route 20).
- Regional Highways: Approximately 2.5 miles from the Garden State Parkway.
- NYC Commute: Situated roughly 14 miles from the George Washington Bridge and 21 miles from the Lincoln Tunnel.
Paterson remains a cornerstone of the Northern New Jersey rental market, supported by a dense economic base and consistent demand for well-located, market-rate housing. The well-maintained nature of Tudor Court, coupled with its original architectural details, positions it as a premier asset in the current multifamily landscape.
