Brick-based Marquis Health Consulting Services has achieved a prestigious milestone, being named one of America’s Greatest Midsize Workplaces for Culture, Belonging & Community 2026 by Newsweek.
The skilled nursing and senior living administrative consulting firm is one of only seven New Jersey companies to make the list. Notably, Marquis stands as the only New Jersey firm in the “hospitals and healthcare” category to receive this specific recognition for 2026.
The Newsweek ranking, developed in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group and HR analytics firm Aniline, is based on a rigorous analysis of:
- 2.6 million online employee reviews.
- Data from approximately 4,700 companies with 500 to 1,000 employees.
- Over 120 key performance indicators (KPIs), including work-life balance, compensation, and career progression.
Management diversity ratios and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting also played a role in the final scoring.
Marquis supports clients across eight states along the Eastern Seaboard. Leadership credits the win to a deliberate strategy that treats workplace culture as a foundational element of healthcare excellence.
