SETS Hybrid Training expands to Marlton with new lease at Staples Plaza

Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday the successful leasing of 3,200 square feet at 701 Route 70 in Marlton. The space will serve as the newest location for SETS Hybrid Training, a rapidly growing fitness brand.

The transaction was facilitated by BRC Retail Services, with Vice Presidents Chandler Vanderbeek and Connor Vanderbeek representing the tenant. The landlord, Milelli Marlton LLC, was represented by Vantage Real Estate Services.

SETS Hybrid Training joins a high-traffic retail environment at Staples Plaza, a 40,000-square-foot strip center. The facility is positioned directly off Route 70, a major local artery that sees approximately 52,000 vehicles pass daily.

The fitness studio joins a diverse roster of established retailers at the center, including:

  • Aldi
  • Staples
  • Riccardi Brothers Paint

The Marlton studio officially opened its doors in March 2026, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s aggressive expansion strategy. Known for high-intensity, performance-driven programming that blends strength and cardiovascular conditioning, SETS has quickly become a staple in the New Jersey fitness landscape.

“Sets Hybrid Training hosted their grand opening this March and had a huge turnout,” noted Connor Vanderbeek. “This marks their 13th location in New Jersey with more coming soon. We look forward to seeing their continued success as they expand operations throughout New Jersey and the East Coast.”
