Day Pitney LLP announced it relocated its New Jersey office to 8 Sylvan Way, in Parsippany. With 13 offices in the United States, the relocation is the most recent in a series of moves the law firm has made over the last several years to modernize the firm’s office space to better meet the current and future needs of its attorneys, staff, and clients.
Rising three stories, the building is located near various dining and retail options, as well as local city centers and major airports.
Redeveloped initially in 2009, the property is currently undergoing a comprehensive capital improvement plan in 2025, which includes enhancements to the parking lot, the addition of EV charging stations, improvements to the surrounding walking trails, as well as modern updates to the building’s lobby, training rooms, boardroom, dining space, and fitness center.
