Interstate Waste Services, a Teaneck-based provider of solid waste and recycling services, announced the acquisition of North Atlantic Waste & Recycling, formerly known as Country Disposal. The deal strengthens IWS’s presence across central and southern Connecticut, bolstering its regional footprint and enhancing its capacity to provide services to more communities.

The acquisition includes North Atlantic’s full range of services, its dedicated team of employees, and its entire fleet of vehicles, all of which will be integrated into IWS’s operations. This expansion is a key part of IWS’s growth strategy across the tristate area.
