JLL is bolstering its New Jersey presence with a key new hire. The firm announced on Wednesday that Naoki Yamaguchi, a veteran of the commercial real estate industry with a career spanning 20 years, has joined its brokerage team as vice president. Yamaguchi will be based in JLL’s East Rutherford office, where he will leverage the firm’s extensive resources and network to serve his existing clients and cultivate new business.
Yamaguchi has built a distinguished reputation in the region, particularly for his expertise in tenant representation. Over his career, he has developed strong relationships with more than 160 multinational firms, assisting them in establishing and expanding their operations within New Jersey. His deep understanding of Japanese business customs and his professional approach have made him a trusted advisor for major global companies, including Toyota, Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma, Casio, and NS Pharma.
Prior to joining JLL, Yamaguchi served as vice president of the Commercial Real Estate Division at Relo Redac, Inc. There, he was responsible for developing strategic initiatives, managing broker teams, and driving company growth. He joined Relo Redac in 2003 as a sales manager after graduating with a Bachelor of Laws from Japan’s prestigious Hitotsubashi University.
