The Metz Industrial Group (MIG) of Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) has successfully subleased a 52,000-square-foot industrial property at 1401 South Park Avenue in Linden. The subtenant is Hengying Clothing 2024 Inc.
Jordan Metz, Benito Abbate, and James Friel of the Metz Industrial Group represented the sublandlord, Rotuba Extruders Inc., in the transaction. The subtenant was represented by ACRE.
The property’s key features, including its strategic location, heavy power capacity, and one acre of industrial outdoor space, were cited as major factors in attracting the new tenant. According to Benito Abbate, these amenities underscore the “strength and resilience of the Linden industrial submarket.”
The 54,000-square-foot property is located on a 3-acre lot and is well-connected to major transportation routes, including the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 1-9, I-278, and the Goethals Bridge. It also features 3,500 square feet of office space, 17-foot clear height ceilings, four loading docks, and one drive-in door.
