Seattle-based fashion giant Nordstrom has officially announced plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack in Marlton slated for a fall 2026 debut.
The 30,000-square-foot retail space will be located at Willow Ridge Plaza, a premier shopping destination situated off Route 73 S and Ardsley Drive. The addition of Nordstrom Rack will bolster a high-profile tenant lineup that includes Rastelli’s Market Fresh, Ulta, Marshalls, Old Navy, and Skechers.
“We look forward to being a part of the Marlton community and serving our customers with an amazing offering of great brands at great prices,” Gemma Lionello, president of Nordstrom Rack said. “We’re excited to grow our footprint in the Philadelphia market and introduce new customers to the Nordstrom experience.”

The expansion at Willow Ridge Plaza, which is owned and managed by the Penn Group of Companies, represents a significant investment in Southern New Jersey’s retail landscape.
