Pashman Stein Walder Hayden welcomes Trusts & Estates partner Eric Weinstock

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. announced that Eric Weinstock has joined as partner in the firm’s Trusts & Estates practice.

Prior to his new role, Weinstock served as senior counsel at Lowenstein Sandler.

Weinstock’s estate planning practice includes the design and implementation of estate planning, including testamentary planning, life insurance trusts, and a variety of sophisticated gifting techniques and trusts.

His strong presence and client base in New Jersey and New York further strengthens our Trusts & Estates practice group and expands our capacity to deliver exceptional legal services across the region.”

Weinstock’s diverse client base ranges from corporate executives and self-employed professionals to families with inherited wealth and the beneficiaries of estates and trusts. He has substantial knowledge in estate and trust planning and administration in both New York and New Jersey.

Weinstock earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, cum laude, his M.P.P., from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, and his B.A., from University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude.
