Jetty, the East Coast-based, surfer-owned and operated store that was founded in 2003 is opening a new retail location down the shore in Long Branch’s Pier Village.
The upcoming 3,384-square-foot shop will showcase Jetty’s full collection of eco-minded apparel for men, women and kids.
Pierson Commercial represented both sides; Director Gary Krauss represented the tenant, and Vice President Ryan Starkman represented the Landlord, Kushner Companies.
Pier Village offers a unique blend of shopping, dining, year-round entertainment, and oceanfront condominiums, making it the perfect spot for Jetty’s expanding presence in the outdoor and active lifestyle markets.
Over the past three years Jetty has seen its flagship store in Manahawkin become a beloved gathering spot for surfers, locals and tourists, all finding common ground within the brand and retail experience. Ownership is eager to see this same energy flow through its Pier Village shop, making it a true coastal destination!
“We are excited about the addition of Jetty to the property, which will further cement Pier Village’s status as one of New Jersey’s most successful and desirable retail developments,” Starkman, who has been representing Pier Village for the past several years, said.
“We have been looking for the right New Jersey retail location to expand to for some time, and Pier Village checks all the boxes,” John Clifford, Jetty partner and chief brand officer, said. “The Pier Village site will allow us to reach a new customer base in a bustling seaside community that is steeped in surf history.”

Pier Village’s seaside location provides a vibrant, year-round environment with plenty of opportunity to engage with both locals and seasonal visitors. And it is just one mile away from Seven Presidents Park surf break, allowing for surfing events and community-driven initiatives throughout all four seasons.
