The Seahaus Hotel, Atlantic City’s newest boutique property and the first Marriott Tribute Portfolio lifestyle hotel in the city, has officially opened its doors on the boardwalk. The non-gaming hotel offers a seaside retreat with a focus on immersive culinary experiences and coastal tranquility.
Developed by Coury Hospitality, a company known for transforming hotels into community hubs, The Seahaus is inspired by the New Jersey shoreline. The hotel features 105 guest rooms and suites with a modern, nautical-inspired design, providing a peaceful escape for visitors.
Guests can enjoy a range of amenities designed for relaxation, including seamless beach access, an on-site fitness center, and live weekend entertainment. The hotel also offers wellness, golf, and boating activities through partnerships with local vendors. In addition to the on-site CDM Bakery + Café, the hotel has launched a new signature restaurant, Cucina Del Mar.
Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Cucina Del Mar serves authentic Italian coastal dishes with a focus on fresh, local seafood and seasonal ingredients. Executive Chef Nick Faucher, a Philadelphia-area native, leads the kitchen, creating dishes such as Grouper Acqua Pazza and Pan-Seared Dayboat Scallops. The restaurant also features a playful craft cocktail menu, including the “Boardwalk Breeze” and the signature “Seahaus Spritz,” and aims to become a premier spot for happy hour and post-beach dinners.
“The Seahaus Hotel offers an atmosphere of seaside serenity and culinary excellence,” Paul Joseph, general manager of the hotel said. He noted that the hotel was designed for guests seeking a more restorative and relaxing alternative to the city’s vibrant gaming scene. The hotel’s location is also convenient to popular attractions like the Atlantic City Convention Center, Steel Pier Amusement Park, and Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall.
