Simplicity, a Summit-based financial products firm, recently acquired Northeast Brokerage, the former announced Tuesday.
With the announced partnership, Simplicity also brings in three new members to the firm:
- Rex Cretella
- Mark Gage
- Mike Costello
Northeast Brokerage is a New England-based brokerage general agency with a primary specialization of financial institutions, P&C agencies, and other professional firms.
Simplicity CEO Bruce Donaldson explained the partnership.
“Northeast Brokerage has a well-established reputation for delivering extraordinary service to financial institutions, P&C insurance organizations and independent advisors, and we are excited to work with the entire team to continue to expand Simplicity’s presence in this market,” he said.

Mark Gage elaborated on how the companies go together in collaboration.
