Alfred Sanzari Enterprises said it negotiated a 12,988-square-foot office lease renewal with Amedisys at its Court Plaza property, located at 21 Main Street in Hackensack.
Amedisys, a national leader in home health care, hospice, and palliative care services, has been a long-standing tenant at the complex since 2014. The company will continue to use the space for its general, executive, and administrative offices. The transaction was facilitated by Carolina Gutierrez, manager of leasing and marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, who represented the landlord, while Rob Wolfe of Prostar Commercial Real Estate represented Amedisys.
“Court Plaza continues to distinguish itself as a premier office destination by offering the convenience, amenities, and environment that today’s companies and their employees expect,” Gutierrez said. “We are excited to build on our relationship with Amedisys and ensure their space meets the needs of their staff.”
Court Plaza is an expansive, Class-A office complex consisting of three interconnected buildings with a total of 335,000 square feet. Situated in downtown Hackensack, it offers superior accessibility to major highways and public transportation, including the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway, as well as the NJ Transit Hackensack Bus Terminal.
The property features a comprehensive suite of amenities for tenants, including on-site covered parking, a full-service cafeteria, a fitness center, and conference rooms. Additionally, a complete renovation of the outdoor plaza is underway, which will introduce new features such as a putting area, a fire pit, and outdoor dining spaces.
