David Greek honored at 35th Annual Labor, Construction & Real Estate Awards Dinner

David Greek, managing partner of Greek Real Estate Partners (GREP), was formally honored on June 11 at the 35th Annual Labor, Construction & Real Estate Awards Dinner. The prestigious event, hosted by the Patriots’ Path Council at the Newark Liberty International Airport Marriott, celebrated leaders who have made significant contributions to New Jersey’s economic landscape while supporting the Council’s mission of youth leadership development.

Greek was recognized for his impactful leadership in advancing industrial and logistics development across the region. Throughout his career, he has been a vocal advocate for infrastructure modernization and economic growth within New Jersey’s commercial real estate sector. His recognition also highlighted a personal and professional commitment to community investment, mirroring the values of service and character championed by the Patriots’ Path Council.

“The greatest businesses that I’ve seen are not built on clever strategies alone; they’re built on trust, and trust is built one decision at a time,” Greek said in his keynote remarks. Reflecting on the significance of the award and his support for Scouting, he added, “Scout Law reminds us that character is not a slogan or a brand; it is a daily choice. At a time when young men are searching for purpose, identity and belonging, Scouting offers a clear understanding that meaning is built through what you do, not who you are.”

Under Greek’s leadership, Greek Real Estate Partners has solidified its reputation as a leading fully integrated commercial real estate firm. The company’s portfolio continues to expand through high-quality industrial and logistics developments, adaptive reuse initiatives, and institutional-quality asset management, with an emphasis on sustainability and operational excellence.

Beyond his executive role at GREP, Greek is a prominent figure in regional industry advocacy. He serves as Chair of Circulate NJ and is an active participant in NAIOP New Jersey and the Developers Political Action Committee of New Jersey, where he continues to influence the state’s approach to infrastructure and economic development.

The annual dinner serves as a primary fundraiser for the Patriots’ Path Council, which serves over 11,000 youth and adult volunteers across Middlesex, Morris, Somerset, Sussex, and Union counties. The proceeds from the event directly support Scouting programs designed to instill essential life skills, resilience, and leadership qualities in the next generation.
